A wireless charging pile water cooling system disclosed by the present invention comprises a pile end (20) and a ground end (21), the pile end (20) comprises a pile end shell, a power supply unit (1) and an active water cooling device, the ground end (21) comprises a ground end shell, a transmitting coil (22) and a heat dissipation coil pipe (23), a heat dissipation water channel is arranged in the power supply unit (1), and the power supply unit (1) is connected with the active water cooling device. The active water cooling device connects the heat dissipation coil pipe (23) and the heat dissipation water channel in series through a water pipe, and carries out heat dissipation on the power supply unit (1) and the transmitting coil (22). The water-cooled structure is utilized to meet the heat dissipation requirements of the power supply unit and the ground transmitting terminal when the product is charged, and the layout of the cavity in the equipment is simple and reasonable, so that the product not only meets the heat dissipation requirements, but also considers the product cost; the water cooling system not only can be used for wireless charging, but also can be applied to wired direct-current slow charging piles, wired direct-current quick charging piles and the like.

    本发明公开了一种无线充电桩水冷系统,包括桩端(20)和地端(21),所述桩端(20)包括桩端外壳、功率供给单元(1)和主动水冷装置,所述地端(21)包括地端外壳、发射线圈(22)和散热盘管(23),所述功率供给单元(1)内设有散热水道,所述主动水冷装置通过水管将散热盘管(23)、散热水道与自身串接起来,对功率供给单元(1)和发射线圈(22)进行散热;本发明利用水冷式结构来满足产品充电时功率供给单元及地面发射端的散热需求,设备内部空腔布局简单合理,使产品不但满足散热需求同时兼顾产品成本;水冷系统不仅可用于无线充电,也可应用于有线直流慢充桩、有线直流快充桩等。
