The invention discloses a charging pile cooling and radiating system, and the system comprises a fan, heat absorption fins, a pipeline, a pump, an electromagnetic valve, a temperature sensor, a powermodule, charging pile software and a refrigerant. The power module is placed above the heat absorption fins, the pipeline and the heat absorption fins are filled with refrigerants, and the pump and the electromagnetic valve are arranged in the pipeline and used for opening, closing and adjusting the flowing speed of the refrigerant. When the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor isgreater than a set value, the charging pile software starts the electromagnetic valve and the pump to force the refrigerant to flow, the refrigerant flowing speed is in direct proportion to the temperature value, and the charging pile software starts the fan to forcibly exhaust air and dissipate heat; when the detected temperature value is less than the set value, the charging pile software closesthe electromagnetic valve and stops the pump, and the fan is stopped.
