The invention relates to an electricity taking device and an electricity taking mode based on a low-voltage track flat car, the electricity taking device is arranged below a car beam of the flat car, the electricity taking device is in contact with wheels of the flat car to take electricity, the electricity taking device comprises a fixed supporting seat, a connecting mechanism, an insulating plate and a copper electricity taking plate, and the electricity taking device is located below the car beam and located on one side of the wheels; the bottom end of the fixed supporting base is connected with the connecting mechanism, the side, located on the fixed supporting base, of the connecting mechanism faces the wheels, the insulating plate is arranged between the connecting mechanism and the wheels, the electricity taking plate is arranged between the insulating plate and the wheels, the side face, facing the wheels, of the electricity taking plate is an arc face and tightly attached to the wheels, and the electricity taking plate is connected with a fixed power line of the vehicle-mounted control box. Therefore, electricity taking is realized. Power is taken through friction between the power taking device and the wheel sliding face, the technical defect that power is taken through friction between a power taking column and a carbon brush is overcome, and the operation stability of the low-voltage rail flat car is improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于低压轨道平板车取电装置及取电方式,设置于平板车的车梁下方,与平板车的车轮接触实现取电,包括固定支撑座、连接机构、绝缘板和铜制的取电板,取电装置位于车梁的下方且位于车轮的一侧,固定支撑座的底端与连接机构连接,连接机构位于固定支撑座的一侧朝向车轮,绝缘板设置于连接机构与车轮之间,取电板设置于绝缘板与车轮之间,取电板朝向车轮的侧面为弧面与车轮紧贴,取电板与车载控制箱的固定电源线连接,从而实现取电。本发明通过取电装置与车轮滑面摩擦取电,弥补了取电柱和碳刷磨擦取电的技术弊端,提高低压轨道平板车的运行稳定性。
