The invention discloses a boom device with an adjustable working position and a working method of the boom device. A second-section arm of the boom device is sleeved with a first-section arm and can move and stretch out and draw back, a connecting support is connected to the second-section arm in a sleeved mode, a switching arm is hinged to the bottom of the connecting support and provided with a rotating clamping groove, and a working device is connected with the switching arm. The tension spring mechanism is fixed at the bottom of the first-section arm and comprises a tension spring and a limiting plate; and the torsional spring mechanism is fixed at the bottom of the two-section arm and comprises a torsional spring and a clamping plate. When the adapter arm is horizontal, the limiting plate is clamped into the rotary clamping groove, the adapter arm jacks up the clamping plate, and at the moment, the connecting support is fixed with the adapter arm and the first section arm; when the switching arm droops, the switching arm rotates around the axial direction of the switching arm to enable the limiting plate to be separated from the rotating clamping groove, the torsional spring fixed to the second-section arm pushes the clamping plate to clamp the switching arm, and the connecting support and the switching arm are fixed to the second-section arm. The arm support device can flexibly adjust a working device and is suitable for various application scenes of mechanical comprehensive operation.

    本发明公开了一种工作位置可调的臂架装置及其工作方法,臂架装置的二节臂套接在一节臂内且能移动伸缩,连接支座套接在二节臂上,转接臂铰接在连接支座底部,转接臂设有旋转卡槽,工作装置与转接臂连接。拉簧机构固定在一节臂底部,拉簧机构包括拉簧和限位板;扭簧机构固定在二节臂底部,扭簧机构包括扭簧和卡位板。当转接臂水平时,限位板卡入旋转卡槽内,转接臂顶起卡位板,此时连接支座与转接臂、一节臂固定;当转接臂垂下,转接臂绕自身轴向旋转使限位板脱离旋转卡槽,固定于二节臂上的扭簧推动卡位板卡住转接臂,连接支座与转接臂即与二节臂固定。本发明的臂架装置能灵活调节工作装置,适应机械综合作业的各个应用场景。
