The embodiment of the invention provides an elevator taking control method and device of a robot, the robot and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of robotics.The method comprises the steps that a navigation instruction is received, and whether a target floor corresponding to the navigation instruction and a current floor are on the same floor or not is judged; under the condition that the target floor is different from the current floor, navigating to an elevator calling point of the current floor, and judging whether the elevator door opening direction of the target floor is the same as the elevator door opening direction of the current floor or not; and under the condition that the elevator door opening direction of the target floor is different from the elevator door opening direction of the current floor, the robot is controlled to rotate by a second preset angle, and ascending and descending tasks of the elevator are executed. Therefore, when the robot receives the navigation instruction, whether the robot needs to rotate or not is judged in advance by judging whether the elevator door opening directions of the target floor and the current floor are the same or not, safety incidents caused by internal rotation of the elevator are avoided, the elevator exiting direction of the robot on the target floor is determined, and the ascending and descending efficiency of the robot on the elevator is improved.

    本申请实施例提供了一种机器人的电梯乘坐控制方法、装置、机器人及存储介质,属于机器人技术领域,该方法包括:接收导航指令,判断导航指令对应的目标楼层与当前楼层是否在同一楼层;在目标楼层与当前楼层不同的情况下,导航至当前楼层的呼梯点,判断目标楼层的电梯开门方向与当前楼层的电梯开门方向是否相同;在目标楼层的电梯开门方向与当前楼层的电梯开门方向不同的情况下,控制机器人旋转第二预设角度,执行电梯的上下行任务。这样,在机器人接收到导航指令时,通过判断目标楼层与当前楼层的电梯开门方向是否相同,提前判断机器人是否需要旋转,避免电梯内部旋转导致安全事件,确定机器人在目标楼层的出梯方向,提高机器人在电梯上下行效率。
