The invention belongs to the field of mechanical automation engineering, and particularly relates to a self-adaptive TOFD (time of flight diffraction) detection robot which is characterized in that driving modules are respectively mounted at four corners of a robot vehicle body, each driving module comprises an adsorption moving component, and a coupling agent spraying module, a TOFD detection module and an automatic welding seam tracking module are sequentially mounted at the bottom of the vehicle body; the lift-off module is installed on the top of the vehicle body and penetrates through the robot vehicle body to be connected with one end of the buffer module, the other end of the buffer module is connected with the TOFD detection module, and the control module and the auxiliary device are installed on the top of the vehicle body. Adsorption movement of the robot on the wall face of the ferromagnetic material can be achieved, automatic tracking is achieved along the welding seam, and TOFD detection and video feedback of the welding seam are achieved. The method has the characteristics of automatic tracking, flexible control, high adaptability and the like.

    本发明属于机械自动化工程领域,具体地说是一种自适应TOFD检测机器人,驱动模块分别安装在机器人车体的四个角上,每个驱动模块包含一个吸附移动组件,车体底部依次安装有耦合剂喷涂模块、TOFD检测模块及焊缝自动跟踪模块,提离模块安装在车体的顶部,并穿过机器人车体与缓冲模块的一端相连,缓冲模块的另一端与TOFD检测模块相连,车体的顶部安装有控制模块及辅助装置。本发明可以实现机器人在铁磁材料的壁面的吸附运动,沿焊缝实现自动跟踪,并实现对焊缝的TOFD检测及视频反馈。本发明具有自动跟踪、控制灵活、适应性强等特点。
