The adsorption wall-climbing robot based on TOFD welding seam detection comprises a TOFD wall-climbing robot body, wherein one end of the TOFD wall-climbing robot body is provided with a rotating seat; one end of the rotating seat is rotatably connected with an electric shaft rod; one end of the electric shaft rod is fixedly connected with a U-shaped scanning fixing frame; an electric rotating shaft is arranged at one end of the U-shaped scanning fixing frame; a rotating arm is arranged at one end of the electric rotating shaft; a transmission bin is arranged at one end of the lower part of the TOFD wall-climbing robot body; a transmission rod is arranged at one end of the transmission bin; a power hub is arranged at one end of the transmission rod; a buffer fixing seat is arranged at the other end of the lower part of the TOFD wall-climbing robot body; and a buffer rod is arranged at one end of the buffer fixing seat. According to the adsorption wall-climbing robot based on TOFD welding seam detection provided by the invention, the electric shaft rod rotates to adjust the angle, the electric rotating shaft rotates, the rotating angle of the rotating arm is adjusted, and rotation and extension can be realized more conveniently during detection, so that welding seams with more complex structures or at inconvenient positions can be detected conveniently.
