The invention particularly relates to a range extender starting control method and system and an electric vehicle. The range extender starting control method comprises the steps that the starting requirement of a range extender is obtained, and the state of a main relay of a power battery of the electric vehicle is judged; if the main relay is disconnected, a DCDC low-voltage-to-high-voltage device of the electric automobile is started, and a storage battery of the electric automobile supplies power to a generator of the range extender; if the main relay is closed, the power battery is started to supply power to the generator; based on whether the rotating speed of the engine dragged by the generator is larger than the rotating speed corresponding to the engine oil injection ignition threshold value, whether oil injection ignition of the engine is conducted or not is controlled; the DCDC low-voltage-to-high-voltage device is additionally arranged and connected with the storage battery and the generator of the extended-range electric vehicle, low-voltage direct current of the storage battery is converted into high-voltage direct current to be supplied to the generator, the generator drags the engine, and therefore the range extender is started to provide power output for the whole vehicle; the problem that the range extender cannot be started when a power battery of the range-extended electric vehicle fails is solved.

    本发明具体涉及一种增程器启动控制方法、系统及电动汽车。其中增程器启动控制方法包括获取增程器的启动需求、并判断电动汽车的动力电池的主继电器状态;若主继电器断开,则启动电动汽车的DCDC低压转高压装置,将电动汽车的蓄电池给增程器的发电机供电;若主继电器闭合,则启动动力电池给发电机供电;基于发电机拖动发动机的转速是否大于发动机喷油点火阈值对应的转速,来控制发动机是否喷油点火;本发明通过增加DCDC低压转高压装置,连接增程式电动汽车的蓄电池和发电机,将蓄电池的低压直流电转化为高压直流电供给发电机,使发电机拖动发动机从而启动增程器为整车提供功率输出,解决当增程式电动汽车的动力电池故障无法放电启动增程器的问题。
