The invention discloses a method for starting a range extender. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle control unit obtains the current water temperature and the current rotating speed of an engine; the vehicle control unit obtains a corresponding first torque value according to the current water temperature and the current rotating speed; the vehicle control unit obtains a second torque value according to the difference value between the current rotating speed of the engine and the target rotating speed; the vehicle control unit obtains a sum value of the first torque value and the second torque value as a current target torque value; the generator controller controls the generator to respond to the target torque value; the engine controller judges whether the rotating speed of the engine reaches the target rotating speed or not; under the condition that the engine controller judges that the rotating speed of the engine does not reach the target rotating speed, the steps are executed again; and under the condition that the engine controller judges that the rotating speed of the engine reaches the target rotating speed, the engine controller controls the actuator to inject oil and ignite. According to the method, a torque base line is provided for torque adjustment in the starting process, the adjustment range is narrowed, and convergence can be achieved more quickly in the starting process.

    本发明公开了一种增程器的启动方法,该方法包括:整车控制器获取发动机的当前水温和当前转速;整车控制器根据当前水温和当前转速获取对应的第一扭矩值;整车控制器根据发动机的当前转速与目标转速的差值获取第二扭矩值;整车控制器获取第一扭矩值和第二扭矩值的和值作为当前的目标扭矩值;发电机控制器控制发电机响应目标扭矩值;发动机控制器判断发动机的转速是否达到目标转速;在发动机控制器判断出发动机的转速未达到目标转速的情况下,重新执行上述步骤;在发动机控制器判断出发动机的转速达到目标转速的情况下,发动机控制器控制执行器喷油点火。本发明使启动过程的扭矩调节有一条扭矩基线,缩小调节范围,使启动过程能更快实现收敛。
