The obtained heat-proof film can replace a traditional air-sprayed silicone rubber heat-proof coating for construction and is particularly suitable for being applied to the surface of an aircraft to achieve the purpose of protecting aerodynamic heat, an obtained structural part has good mechanical and thermophysical properties and ablation resistance, and meanwhile compared with air-sprayed construction of a traditional heat-proof coating, the heat-proof film has the advantages of being good in heat-proof performance and good in heat-proof performance.     本发明公开了一种快速成型防热胶片及其制备方法,将增强填料和磨碎纤维均匀分散于硅橡胶中所得混合物、成瓷填料、固化剂、轻质填料、挥发型降粘剂和固化抑制剂进行真空捏合,再将捏合分散后的混合物进行压延处理,得到初步成型胶片,最后使初步成型胶片进行固化,得到防热胶片。本发明所得防热胶片可替代传统空气喷涂的硅橡胶防热涂层施工,特别适合应用于飞行器表面,达到防护气动热的目的,所得结构件具有较好的力学、热物理性能和抗烧蚀性能,同时相比于传统防热涂层的空气喷涂施工,本发明能够避免使用大量溶剂,施工周期也大幅缩短,对于未来防热产品的快速交付及促进环保都具有深远意义。
