The embodiment of the invention discloses a preparation method of a composite heat-proof layer, and relates to the technical field of composite material heat-proof layer molding, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a prepreg, a fiber woven fabric and a force bearing body; 2) paving the prepreg cloth on the surface of a force bearing body to obtain a first test plate; 3) performing high-temperature curing on the first test panel to obtain a second test panel, and performing high-temperature curing on the prepreg cloth on the second test panel to form a skin; (4) the skin is taken down from the force bearing body; 5) laying the multi-layer fiber woven fabric on the surface of the force bearing body to form a heat-proof layer blank, cutting, and sewing to obtain a heat-proof layer main body; (6) the skin is cut and then spliced to the surface of the main body with the heat-proof layer; and 7) cutting a silicon rubber plate into small round corners, and wrapping the connecting corners of the heat-proof layer main body and the skin. A heat-proof layer blank is manufactured at a large-area position by adopting integral laying forming through a laying process, and the heat-proof layer blank and the heat-proof layer blank are sewn together after being cut, so that the integral continuity of fibers of the heat-proof layer is ensured.
本申请实施例公开了一种复合防热层的制备方法,涉及复合材料防热层成型技术领域,包括以下步骤:1)准备好预浸布、纤维机织物和承力体;2)将预浸布铺覆在承力体表面,得到第一试板;3)将第一试板进行高温固化得到第二试板,第二试板上的预浸布经过高温固化后形成蒙皮;4)将蒙皮从承力体上取下;5)将多层纤维机织物铺覆在呈力体表面形成防热层毛坯,进行裁切,再进行缝合得到防热层主体;6)将蒙皮裁切后拼接在有防热层主体表面;7)使用硅橡胶板裁切成小圆角,包裹防热层主体的与所述蒙皮的连接边角。通过铺层工艺,大面积位置采用整体铺覆成型制成防热层毛坯,将防热层毛坯裁切后,将二者缝合连接在一起,保证防热层的纤维整体的连续性。
