The invention relates to the field of films, in particular to an anti-ultraviolet film and a preparation method and application thereof. The invention discloses an ultraviolet-proof film which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 1-2 parts of an antioxidant, 5-8 parts of a coupling agent and 2-4 parts of supported zinc oxide powder. According to the ultraviolet-proof film, amino acid ionic liquid is used as a template, supported zinc oxide powder is synthesized through a solvothermal method, the powder is combined with a diatomite loading agent to prevent agglomeration, and the dispersity and stability of the powder in polyvinyl chloride resin are enhanced; then, mixing the supported zinc oxide powder, an antioxidant and a coupling agent in polyvinyl chloride resin according to a specific weight part ratio, forming a film through a tape casting method, curing and drying, and finally preparing the film with excellent ultraviolet-proof performance, good oxidation resistance, wear resistance and visible light transmittance.

    本发明涉及薄膜领域,具体是涉及到一种防紫外线薄膜及其制备方法和应用。本申请公开了一种防紫外线薄膜,以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:聚氯乙烯树脂50‑60份、抗氧化剂1‑2份、偶联剂5‑8份、负载型氧化锌粉体2‑4份。本申请所述的防紫外线薄膜,使用氨基酸类离子液体作为模板,通过溶剂热法合成负载型氧化锌粉体,该粉体通过与硅藻土负载剂结合来防止团聚,增强其在聚氯乙烯树脂中的分散性和稳定性;然后,将这种负载型氧化锌粉体与抗氧化剂、偶联剂一起,按照特定的重量份比例混合在聚氯乙烯树脂中,通过流延法成膜并经过固化和干燥,最终制备出具有优异防紫外线性能、良好抗氧化性、耐磨性和可见光透过率的薄膜。
