The invention discloses an electric mechanical autonomous battery replacing system, a crane and an autonomous battery replacing method of the electric mechanical autonomous battery replacing system. The autonomous battery replacing system mainly comprises a control circuit composed of a battery replacing box, a first power battery pack, a second power battery pack and a management control unit; the first power battery pack and the second power battery pack are connected to the control circuit through a circuit quick-plug connector, and are communicated with the management control unit through the battery changing box; the output end of the management control unit is connected with an equipment power system, and the management control unit controls on-off of the first power battery pack and the second power battery pack through the battery changing box so as to switch power supply modes. The crane is matched with a hoisting mechanism of the crane, the power battery pack is automatically replaced through hoisting, rapid replacement can be completed in a working site, the station entering battery replacement process is omitted, and time and labor cost are saved; and when the equipment stops working, the first power battery pack can be charged through the second power battery pack, so that the time cost is saved, and the operation difficulty is simplified.

    本发明公开了一种电动机械自主换电系统、起重机及其自主换电方法,自主换电系统主要包括由换电盒、第一动力电池组、第二动力电池组和管理控制单元组成的控制电路,所述第一动力电池组和第二动力电池组通过电路快插接头连接于控制电路中,并通过换电盒实现与管理控制单元的连通;所述管理控制单元的输出端连接设备动力系统,管理控制单元通过换电盒控制第一动力电池组和第二动力电池组的通断用以切换供电模式。所述起重机配合自身起吊机构,通过吊装自主更换动力电池组,可在工作场地完成快速更换,节省了进站换电过程,节约时间与人力成本;在设备停止作业时,可通过第二动力电池组对第一动力电池组充电,节约了时间成本,简化了操作难度。
