The invention provides a vehicle brake assisting system and a vehicle. The vehicle brake boosting system comprises a body, a driving device and a transmission device connected with the driving device. The body comprises a main cylinder connected with the transmission device and a pedal simulator connected with the main cylinder. The transmission device comprises a torque increasing mechanism and a conversion mechanism, and the torque increasing mechanism comprises a bevel gear set and is in transmission connection between the driving device and the conversion mechanism. The torque increasing mechanism is used for transmitting the driving force of the driving device to the conversion mechanism, and the conversion mechanism is used for converting the driving force of the driving device into translation pushing force so as to push the main cylinder to provide braking for the vehicle. The vehicle brake boosting system can provide brake boosting during vehicle braking, the transmission device can improve the mechanical efficiency of the vehicle brake boosting system, and the bevel gear set can reduce noise in the transmission process.
