The invention relates to a special pole-climbing robot for a cement pole and a multipurpose carrying platform. The special pole-climbing robot comprises two sets of oppositely arranged walking assemblies and screw rods. Each walking assembly comprises a middle rod, an upper walking wheel and a lower walking wheel, the two upper walking wheels are fixedly connected through an upper connecting shaft, and the two lower walking wheels are fixedly connected through a lower connecting shaft. The upper connecting shaft and the lower connecting shaft are rotationally connected with the middle rod through an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting rod correspondingly. The two ends of the middle rod are each fixedly provided with an end connecting block. A motor and an electric control box are arranged in at least one walking assembly, a motor output shaft drives a chain wheel sleeve to rotate, and the chain wheel sleeve drives the upper connecting rod or the lower connecting rod to rotate. And the screw rod penetrates through the end part connecting blocks of the two sets of walking assemblies and is in threaded connection with the threaded holes in the end part connecting blocks. The tail end of the screw rod penetrates through the through hole of the end connecting block, and a plug pin is inserted into the tail end of the screw rod. In the climbing process, the device can automatically adapt to the change of the diameter of the cement pole, and the actual application requirement is met.
