The invention provides a traffic flow prediction method based on road historical data, and the method is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: obtaining historical traffic flow data, and constructing a historical traffic flow data set; carrying out preprocessing on the historical traffic flow data set; performing unbalance processing on the historical traffic flow data set to obtain target training data; processing the feature vector of the target training data by using an attention module to obtain a target feature vector; using the target training data and the target feature vector to train by using a support vector machine to obtain a prediction model; inputting real-time traffic flow data into the prediction model, and outputting a prediction result; wherein the prediction model is provided with an optimization objective function, and the optimization objective function is used for carrying out interval maximization on traffic flow data sample points with the minimum interval of the target training data, so that the prediction model obtains a separation hyperplane corresponding to the target training data.

    本发明提供了一种基于道路历史数据的车流量预测方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:获取历史车流量数据构建历史车流量数据集;针对所述历史车流量数据集进行预处理;对所述历史车流量数据集进行不平衡处理,得到目标训练数据;使用注意力模块对所述目标训练数据的特征向量进行处理,得到目标特征向量;利用目标训练数据和目标特征向量,使用支持向量机进行训练,得到预测模型;将实时车流量数据输入所述预测模型,输出预测结果;其中,所述预测模型设置有优化目标函数,所述优化目标函数用于对所述目标训练数据具有最小间隔的车流量数据样点进行间隔最大化,以使预测模型得到对应所述目标训练数据的分隔超平面。
