The invention relates to a road traffic flow prediction method and system, a medium and equipment. The method comprises the steps of: training the free flow speed and the single-lane traffic capacityof a road section based on RFID and GPS data; according to the free flow speed of the road section, the traffic capacity of the single lane and the flow density speed curve of the road section, performing parameter calibration on the segmented flow delay functions in different flow speed states; classifying the segmented flow delay functions of each road section according to the physical characteristics of the road sections by adopting a system clustering analysis method to obtain various types of segmented flow delay functions of different road grades; and applying the segmented flow delay function to a road traffic model to predict the road traffic flow. According to the embodiment of the invention, the segmented flow delay function is calibrated based on RFID and GPS big data resources,an accurate and sustainable localized road flow delay function is provided, accurate simulation and prediction of the current situation and planned road traffic are realized, and analysis and decision of leaders and technicians of related departments are supported.

    本发明涉及一种道路交通流量预测方法、系统、介质及设备。方法包括:基于RFID和GPS数据训练路段自由流速度和单车道通行能力;根据路段自由流速度、单车道通行能力以及路段流密速曲线,对不同流量速度状态的分段流量延误函数进行参数标定;采用系统聚类分析法根据路段物理特性对各路段的分段流量延误函数进行分类,获取不同道路等级多种类型的分段流量延误函数;将分段流量延误函数应用于道路交通模型进行道路交通流量预测。本发明实施例基于RFID和GPS大数据资源标定分段流量延误函数,提供精准、可持续的本地化道路流量延误函数,实现现状与规划道路交通的精准模拟和预测,支撑相关部门领导和技术人员的分析与决策。
