The invention discloses a road impedance prediction method and device for mixed traffic flow, equipment and a medium. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining car-following models of various types of vehicles in a mixed traffic flow, wherein the mixed traffic flow comprises a manual driving vehicle, an automatic driving vehicle and an intelligent network connection vehicle; according to the following models of various types of vehicles and the proportion of each type of vehicles in all vehicles of the mixed traffic flow, establishing a basic diagram model of the mixed traffic flow, the basic diagram model being used for reflecting the road traffic capacity of the mixed traffic flow; substituting the road traffic capacity of the mixed traffic flow and the preset traffic flow of the mixed traffic flow into a pre-acquired road impedance model of homogeneous traffic flow to generate a road impedance model of the mixed traffic flow; the road impedance model of the homogeneous traffic flow is constructed according to the road traffic capacity and the traffic flow of the homogeneous traffic flow; and predicting the road impedance of the mixed traffic flow through the road impedance model of the mixed traffic flow.
