The invention discloses a road traffic flow prediction method and system. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a historical road traffic flow data set of a selected region in a period of time, and carrying out the preprocessing of the data set, establishing a traffic flow prediction basic model, carrying out the deep training learning of the traffic flow prediction basic model through the preprocessed historical road traffic flow data set, so as to obtain an optimal parameter, and obtaining a final traffic flow prediction model, and predicting to-be-predicted traffic flow data by using the final traffic flow prediction model. According to the method, the problems that in the prior art, traffic flow prediction is mostly linear prediction methods, the thought of the prediction methods is simple and easy to understand, but some characteristics in traffic flow data are often ignored due to the fact that the prediction methods cannot reflect nonlinearity of traffic flow, and the prediction precision is poor are solved.

    本发明公开了一种道路交通流预测方法和系统,其中,所述方法包括:获取选定区域的一段时间内的历史道路交通流数据集,并且对该数据集进行预处理处理;建立交通流预测基础模型;利用预处理后的历史道路交通流数据集对所述交通流预测基础模型进行深度训练学习以获取最优参数,从而得到交通流最终预测模型;利用所述交通流最终预测模型对待预测的交通流数据进行预测。该方法克服现有技术中对交通流预测大多是线预测方法,这些预测方法思路简单容易理解,但由于它们不能够体现交通流的非线性,往往会忽略交通流数据中的某些特性,其预测精度较差的问题。
