The invention belongs to the technical field of railway vehicle connectors, and provides a device for achieving train curve automatic coupling and an automatic coupling method.The device comprises a coupler, adjusting devices, a laser radar and a processing host, the adjusting devices are arranged on the two sides of a cross beam at the front end of a vehicle respectively, and each adjusting device comprises a driving motor, an electric capstan and a steel cable; the driving motor is connected with an electric capstan; steel cables in the electric capstan are fixedly connected to two sides of the front end of the coupler; the laser radar is installed on the lower side of the middle of the car coupler, the laser radar and the driving motor are connected to the processing host through cables, and the car coupler is controlled to rotate to the required angle and then is automatically coupled. The train curve automatic coupling device is simple in structure, low in cost and easy to operate; automatic curve coupling is achieved, and the coupling efficiency and safety are greatly improved.

    本发明属于轨道车辆连接器技术领域,提供一种实现列车曲线自动连挂的装置和自动连挂方法,包括车钩、调节装置、激光雷达和处理主机,调节装置在车辆前端的横梁两侧各设置一个,调节装置包括驱动电机、电动绞盘和钢缆,驱动电机连接电动绞盘,电动绞盘内的钢缆固定连接在车钩前端两侧;激光雷达安装在在车钩中部的下侧位置,激光雷达、驱动电机分别通过线缆连接到处理主机,控制车钩转到要求的角度后自动连挂。本发明列车曲线自动连挂的装置结构简单,成本低,操作简单;曲线自动连挂,极大地提高了连挂效率和安全性。
