The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle parts, in particular to a full-streamline near-net forming front axle forging. The full-streamline near-net forming front axle forge piece comprises a main pin, bent arms, steel plate spring seats and an I-shaped part, the two ends of the I-shaped part are connected with the steel plate spring seats respectively, the two steel plate spring seats are connected with the main pin through the bent arms respectively, each steel plate spring seat is of a full-streamline near-net forming structure, and the I-shaped part is of an asymmetric structure. The full-streamline near-net forming front axle forge piece is formed by integrally forging non-quenched and tempered steel through precision forging, and after forging, the temperature-controlled cooling surface is uniform and stable in hardness, high in strength and small in deformation; the front shaft forge piece is of a full-streamline structure, the size of a steel plate spring seat is reduced, and the mass of the front shaft forge piece is reduced. A near-net forming structure is adopted, the forging, detecting and machining technological process of the forge piece can be shortened, the machining efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the H-shaped part is designed to be of an asymmetric structure, and light weight of the front axle forge piece is achieved.

    本发明涉及车辆零部件技术领域,特别是涉及一种全流线近净成形前轴锻件。所述全流线近净成形前轴锻件包括主销、弯臂、钢板弹簧座及工字部,工字部的两端分别连接有钢板弹簧座,两个钢板弹簧座分别通过弯臂与主销相连,钢板弹簧座为全流线近净成形结构,工字部为非对称结构。全流线近净成形前轴锻件由非调质钢通过精密锻造一体锻造成形,锻后控温冷却表面硬度均匀、稳定,强度高,变形小;前轴锻件为全流线结构,减小了钢板弹簧座尺寸,减轻了前轴锻件的质量;具有近净成形结构,有利于缩短锻件锻造、检测及机械加工工艺流程,提高加工效率,同时工字部采用非对称结构设计,实现前轴锻件轻量化。
