The invention discloses a novel corrosion-resistant separated forge piece which comprises an upper rod body, a lower rod body and a locking piece, the upper rod body and the lower rod body are connected in an inserted mode, and the locking piece can lock the upper rod body and the lower rod body which are connected through operation inside an inserting groove. The upper rod body and the lower rod body are connected in an inserted mode and are locked and fixed from the interior of the inserting groove through the locking piece, locking can also be unlocked, detachable connection between the upper rod body and the lower rod body is achieved, when the upper rod body is seriously abraded, only the upper rod body needs to be replaced, the whole rod body does not need to be replaced, and therefore the maintenance cost can be saved; therefore, the practicability and the economic benefit are higher; besides, the locking piece moves in the inserting groove, when the locking piece locks and fixes the upper rod body and the lower rod body, the contact portion of the locking piece is inevitably abraded, the inserting groove can protect the locked portion from being corroded by external air and moisture, and the locked portion is prevented from being corroded.

    本发明公开了一种新型耐腐蚀分离式锻件,包括上杆体、下杆体以及锁紧件,所述上杆体和下杆体以插接的方式进行连接,所述锁紧件能够对连接后的上杆体和下杆体从插槽内部作业进行锁紧。上杆体和下杆体通过插接的方式完成连接,并通过锁紧件从插槽内部进行锁紧固定,当然也可以解除锁定,实现上杆体和下杆体之间可拆装连接,当上杆体磨损严重时只需要对上杆体进行更换,不需要整根更换,因为可节约维护成本,故实用性和经济效益较高;另外,锁紧件在插槽内部活动,锁紧件在对上杆体和下杆体进行锁紧固定时,其接触部位不可避免受到磨损,而插槽可保护进行锁紧的部位不受外部空气、潮气的侵蚀,避免锁紧部分发生腐蚀。
