The invention discloses a structure for easily forming a titanium alloy forge piece high rib. The structure comprises a forge piece body, wherein the forge piece body comprises a web, wherein a side edge high rib is arranged at the edge of one side of the web; a crossed high rib with one end connected with the side edge high rib is arranged on the web; a high-direction flash is arranged among the bottoms of the two ends of the side edge high rib and the bottom of the outer end of the crossed high rib along the edge of the web; and a horizontal flash is arranged at the top of the high-direction flash in a manner of extending outwards. According to the structure for easily forming the titanium alloy forge piece high rib, a forging piece is provided with the high-direction flash and the horizontal flash so that the high rib formation problem, which cannot be solved by a conventional forge piece forming method, can be solved, and the high rib is easy to form; and meanwhile, the utilization rate of materials is improved, the heat treatment deformation and the machining allowance are reduced, the production efficiency is improved and the production cost is reduced.
