The invention discloses a fault detection method and device for a magnetic encoder. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first angular velocity and a second angular velocity of a position sensor at a front moment and a rear moment; obtaining a first angular velocity change rate according to an absolute difference value of the two angular velocities; obtaining a target electrical rotating speed of the position sensor at the current moment, and obtaining a second angular speed change rate according to a preset calculation model; and if the absolute difference value of the two angular velocity change rates is greater than a threshold value within 10 moments, judging that the position sensor has a fault, and controlling angle redundancy through the position-free sensor. Whether the inductive control is abnormal or not is judged by judging whether an absolute difference value of a first angular velocity change rate (an angular velocity absolute difference value of a magnetic coding sensor at a front moment and a back moment) and a second angular velocity change rate (a target rotating speed * coefficient (the same dimension of an adjustment and angle difference value) * dt) exceeds a threshold value or not at 10 moments; and when abnormity is detected, non-inductive control angle redundancy is switched in, so that the reliability of the power sleeve is improved.

    本申请公开了一种磁编码器的故障检测方法、装置,其方法包括:获取位置传感器在前后两个时刻的第一角速度及第二角速度;根据两个角速度的绝对差值,获得第一角速度变化率;获取位置传感器在当前时刻的目标电气转速,根据预设计算模型获得第二角速度变化率;若两个角速度变化率的绝对差值在10个时刻内大于阈值,则判定位置传感器故障,通过无位置传感器控制角度冗余。本发明判断第一角速度变化率(磁编码传感器前后二个时刻的角速度绝对差值)和第二角速度变化率(目标转速*系数(调整和角度差值相同量纲)*dt)的绝对差值是否10个时刻超过阈值来判断有感控制是否异常,当检测到异常就切入无感控制角度冗余,提高了动力套的可靠性。
