The invention discloses a fault detection method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: firstly obtaining an initial audio signal during the operation of an elevator, and recording the operation state and position of the elevator corresponding to the initial audio signal; extracting an audio signal of which the loudness exceeds a preset loudness threshold value from the initial audio signal, and converting the audio signal into a spectrogram; performing semantic feature extraction on the spectrogram to obtain semantic features; performing incremental clustering on the semantic features according to the running states and the positions corresponding to the semantic features to obtain semantic categories to which the semantic features belong; recording the occurrence frequency of each semantic category in a preset time period; and when the occurrence frequency of the semantic categories exceeds a set threshold value, it is determined that the elevator breaks down. A large number of elevator fault audio signal samples do not need to be collected in advance, the method is suitable for most elevators, standard fault audio signals do not need to be configured for each elevator, the detection process is automatic, manpower and material resources are saved, and the elevator fault detection efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种故障检测方法、装置、电子设备和存储介质,包括:先获取电梯运行时的初始音频信号,并记录与初始音频信号对应的电梯的运行状态和位置;从初始音频信号提取出响度超过预设响度阈值的音频信号并转换为频谱图;对频谱图进行语义特征提取,得到语义特征;根据语义特征对应的运行状态和位置,对语义特征进行增量聚类,得到语义特征所属的语义类别;记录各语义类别在预设时间段内的出现次数;当存在语义类别的出现次数超过设定阈值时,确定电梯存在故障。不需要预先收集到较大数量的电梯故障的音频信号样本,适用于大多数电梯,不需要对每台电梯配置标准的故障音频信号,检测过程自动化,节约了人力物力,也提高了电梯故障检测效率。
