The invention provides a collision prediction method and electronic equipment. The method comprises the following steps: determining a vehicle coordinate system and a local driving path of a vehicle; determining the relative position between the pedestrian and the vehicle in the vehicle coordinate system in the environment and the movement speed of the pedestrian; determining a relatively safe first pedestrian and a relatively dangerous second pedestrian based on the local driving path, the relative position between the pedestrian and the vehicle and the movement speed of the pedestrian, wherein the relatively dangerous second pedestrian represents that the probability of collision between the second pedestrian and the vehicle meets a threshold value requirement; based on the local driving path, the current driving speed of the vehicle, the relative position between the second pedestrian and the vehicle and the movement speed of the second pedestrian, the time required by the vehicle and the second pedestrian to travel to a collision point is determined if the second pedestrian collides with the vehicle, and the collision point is located on the local driving path in front of the vehicle; and determining whether the second pedestrian collides with the vehicle at least based on the time required for the vehicle and the second pedestrian to respectively travel to the collision point.
