The invention discloses a vehicle collision prediction method, a vehicle collision prediction system and an electronic device. According to the method, under the condition that a distance between the vehicle and a target vehicle is smaller than a preset distance threshold value and the two vehicles are not located on the same lane, it is determined that a predicted collision time set when the two vehicles are both located in the collision danger area; if the set is not empty, the target vehicle is determined to have a cross collision risk except the situation that the target vehicle firstly enters the collision dangerous area and firstly leaves the collision dangerous area compared with the vehicle; if the set is not empty, the target vehicle enters the collision danger area before the vehicle and leaves the collision danger area before the vehicle, the projection speed of the target vehicle in the advancing direction of the vehicle and the speed of the vehicle are compared to determine whether the cross collision risk exists or not, so that safety redundancy can be reduced; and by comparing the cross collision distance with the cross collision safety distance, and/or comparing the predicted cross collision time with the cross collision safety time, whether the two vehicles will have the cross collision can be accurately predicted.

    本申请公开车辆碰撞预测方法、车辆碰撞预测系统及电子装置。在本车和目标车辆之间的距离小于预设的距离阈值,且两车未处于同一车道的情况下,确定出两车均位于碰撞危险区域内的预计碰撞时间集合;若该集合非空,目标车辆相较于本车,是除先进入碰撞危险区域且先离开碰撞危险区域之外的情况,确定存在交叉碰撞风险;若该集合非空,目标车辆先于本车进入碰撞危险区域,且先于本车离开碰撞危险区域,比较目标车辆在本车行进方向上的投影速度和本车的速度,以确定是否存在交叉碰撞风险,能够降低安全冗余;之后,通过比较交叉碰撞距离和交叉碰撞安全距离,和/或,比较预计交叉碰撞时间和交叉碰撞安全时间,能够准确地预测两车是否会发生交叉碰撞。
