And the controller is configured to be capable of controlling the hydraulic power source to drive the telescopic arm frame to extend to abut against the jacking and pressing mechanism and controlling the hydraulic power source to drive the telescopic arm frame to apply pressure to the jacking and pressing mechanism. The rope pressing device is simple and efficient, the pressing load of the telescopic arm frame is easy to adjust, in addition, the rope pressing device can work indoors, and automation is conveniently achieved.

    本发明属于工程机械技术领域并提供一种压绳装置及压绳方法,压绳装置主要用于对伸缩臂架内的牵引钢丝绳进行压紧并包括固定底座、液压动力源、顶压机构和控制器,固定底座沿横向方向上设有第一安装位和第二安装位,第一安装位用于安装伸缩臂架,液压动力源用于和伸缩臂架管路连接,顶压机构设置在第二安装位上并用于和伸缩臂架的伸缩端抵接,控制器被配制为能够控制液压动力源驱动伸缩臂架伸长至与顶压机构抵接以及能够控制液压动力源驱动伸缩臂架对顶压机构施压。本发明中的压绳装置简单高效,容易调节伸缩臂架的压紧载荷,再者,本发明中的压绳装置可在室内作业,且方便实现自动化。
