The automatic rope pressing device comprises a supporting seat, an elastic pressing plate and an oil cylinder, the upper end face of the supporting seat is provided with a rope groove used for allowing the steel wire rope to penetrate through, and the supporting seat is installed at the center line between two rails; the elastic pressing plate is arranged over the rope groove, the longitudinal section of the elastic pressing plate is in an arc shape with a downward opening, the two sets of oil cylinders are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the supporting base, the ends of cylinder rods of the oil cylinders are connected to the bottom edge of the side portion of the elastic pressing plate through universal shafts, and the elastic pressing plate is stretched and moves downwards by contracting the cylinder rods. And the steel wire rope is pressed downwards. The elastic pressing plate is controlled to press the steel wire rope downwards through contraction of the cylinder rod of the oil cylinder, and the steel wire rope skipping phenomenon of the endless rope winch at the fluctuating roadway slope changing position is effectively avoided. The structure is simple, reliability is high, installation and operation are convenient, and construction safety is improved.

    本发明提出一种井下变坡巷道无极绳绞车钢丝绳自动压绳装置及压绳方法,自动压绳装置包括支撑座、弹性压板和油缸,支撑座的上端面开设有用于穿过钢丝绳的绳槽,支撑座安装于两条轨道之间的中线处;弹性压板设于绳槽的正上方,弹性压板的纵截面呈向下开口的弧形,油缸设有两组,两组油缸对称设于支撑座的两侧,油缸的缸杆的端部通过万向轴连接于弹性压板的侧部的底边,通过收缩缸杆将弹性压板拉伸且向下移动,进而将钢丝绳下压。本发明通过油缸的缸杆收缩来控制弹性压板下压钢丝绳,有效解决了无极绳绞车在起伏巷道变坡位置的钢丝绳跳绳现象。结构简单,可靠性高,安装方便,便于操作,提高施工的安全性。
