The invention discloses a steel structure automatic walking mounting robot and a walking method thereof. The robot comprises a main body part; the mounting part is mounted on the guide sheave main body part, and the guide sheave mounting part is suitable for carrying operation equipment; the walking part comprises a front walking foot and a rear walking foot which are arranged in the front-back direction, one of the front walking foot and the rear walking foot of the guide grooved wheel is installed on the guide grooved wheel body part, the other one of the front walking foot and the rear walking foot of the guide grooved wheel is slidably connected with the guide grooved wheel body part in the front-back direction, and the front walking foot and the rear walking foot of the guide grooved wheel both comprise electromagnets; the guide sheave electromagnet is suitable for being attracted to the surface of the steel structure when powered on and disengaged from the surface of the guide sheave steel structure when powered off. According to the robot, the magnetic conductivity of the steel structure is ingeniously applied, the electromagnet can be attracted to the surface of the steel structure when powered on, automatic walking action of the robot can be achieved, automatic operation is achieved in cooperation with carried operation equipment, the operation efficiency and quality are improved, and personal safety is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种钢结构自动行走挂载机器人及其行走方法,包括:主体部;挂载部,安装于导向槽轮主体部上,导向槽轮挂载部适于搭载作业设备;行走部,包括沿前后方向排列的前行走脚和后行走脚,导向槽轮前行走脚和导向槽轮后行走脚择一安装于导向槽轮主体部上,另一与导向槽轮主体部沿前后方向滑动连接,导向槽轮前行走脚和导向槽轮后行走脚均包括电磁铁,导向槽轮电磁铁适于在通电时吸附于钢结构的表面并在断电时脱离导向槽轮钢结构的表面。本机器人巧妙地应用钢结构自身的导磁性,电磁铁能够在通电时吸附于钢结构的表面,能实现本机器人的自动行走动作,再配合搭载的作业设备实现自动化作业,提高作业效率和质量,有效地保证人身安全。
