The invention relates to a pole-climbing robot with a self-adaptive mounting rack, the pole-climbing robot with the self-adaptive mounting rack comprises walking units and telescopic connecting components, each walking unit comprises a walking wheel and a main driving motor for driving the walking wheel to rotate, and any two adjacent walking units are connected through the telescopic connecting components; in the process that the walking unit moves along the rod body, all the telescopic connecting components conduct synchronous telescopic adjustment so that the walking wheels can be tightly attached to the rod body, the pole-climbing robot further comprises a self-adaptive mounting frame, the self-adaptive mounting frame comprises a frame-shaped support and a connecting rod movably arranged between the frame-shaped support and the walking unit, and the connecting rod can make the walking unit move relative to the frame-shaped support. And further, the frame-shaped bracket is kept in an original posture. The invention aims to provide the pole-climbing robot with the self-adaptive mounting frame, and the pole-climbing robot is used for solving the problem that an existing pole-climbing robot is inconvenient to place objects.
