The invention discloses an optical cone measuring sensor. Two light paths forming a fixed incident angle with a plane lens (2) are arranged in a light path adjusting module (3); the visible light wave band light penetrates into the light path adjusting module through the plane lens (2), is received by the photosensitive device (7) and is converted into a current signal; the photoelectric conversion module (4) converts the current into a voltage signal; the signal conditioning module (6) converts the voltage signal into a photoelectric pulse signal after amplifying, shaping and modulating; the digital processing module (5) triggers the timer by collecting edge signals of the photoelectric pulse signals, and the waving height and the swinging angle of the paddle are calculated. The final calculation of the cone data is realized in the optical cone measurement sensor, the signal loss and interference in the external transmission process are reduced, and the precision of the calculated cone data is higher.

    本发明公开了一种光学锥体测量传感器,光路调整模块(3)内部有两个与平面镜片(2)形成固定入射角的光路;可见光波段光线经平面镜片(2)透入到光路调整模块后由光敏器件(7)接收并转换为电流信号;光电转换模块(4)将电流转化为电压信号;信号调理模块(6)将电压信号经过放大整形调制处理后转化为光电脉冲信号;数字处理模块(5)通过采集光电脉冲信号的边沿信号触发计时器,计算得出桨叶的挥舞高度和摆动角度。本发明在光学锥体测量传感器内部实现锥体数据的最终计算,减少了对外传输过程中的信号损耗及干扰,计算得到的锥体数据精度更高。
