The invention discloses a cylindrical multi-blade vehicle-mounted wind power generation device which comprises a power conversion assembly, an inner shaft power transmission assembly, an outer cylinder power transmission assembly, a resultant force gearbox and a generator. The power conversion assembly comprises a wind scooper, front reverse-drive fan blades, rear forward-drive fan blades, a rotating shaft, a rotating drum, a first bearing, a second bearing and a bearing supporting frame, the rotating shaft and the rotating drum are coaxially arranged on a center shaft of the wind scooper, the front reverse-drive fan blades are arranged at the front end of the rotating shaft, and the rear forward-drive fan blades located behind the front reverse-drive fan blades are arranged on the outer ring wall of the front end of the rotating drum; the rear end of the rotating shaft is connected with the power input end of an inner shaft power transmission assembly, the rear end of the rotating cylinder is connected with the power input end of an outer cylinder power transmission assembly, the inner shaft power transmission assembly and the outer cylinder power transmission assembly are in driving connection with a resultant force gearbox, and the power output end of the resultant force gearbox is connected with a generator. According to the cylindrical multi-fan-blade vehicle-mounted wind power generation device, the utilization rate of wind energy can be effectively increased.
