The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted wind power generation system. The invention relates to a self-powered system for an electric bicycle and an electric car, and particularly relates to a vehicle-mounted wind power generation system. The vehicle-mounted wind power generation system comprises an air pipe, wherein a wind wheel is arranged in the air pipe, and one side, adjacent to the air inlet of the air pipe, of the wind wheel is provided with an air guide barrel; the air guide barrel is a conical pipe with a large inlet and a small outlet; the wind wheel is fixed in the air pipe by virtue of a rotating shaft and a bearing; the air pipe is provided with a gear set; the gear set comprises a first gear, a second gear and a third gear; the three gears are engaged to one another; the second gear is fixed on one end, extending out of the air pipe, of the wind wheel rotating shaft; the gear set is in fit connection with an intelligent compensation module and a power generation module; the first gear is fixedly connected to an output end of the intelligent compensation module, and the third gear is fixedly connected to an input end of the power generation module. The vehicle-mounted wind power generation system is stable to operate, capable of continuously supplementing power to the electric bicycle or the electric car and capable of guaranteeing the long-distance running of the electric bicycle or the electric car; the wind power produces no pollution and is absolutely environment-friendly to use.
