And two inlet and outlet ends are respectively led out from the spiral grooves at the end parts of the two winding drums. The rope is spirally wound on the two winding drums, the inlet end and the outlet end are led out from the ends of the two winding drums respectively, the rope can be driven by the double winding drums to move bidirectionally, and bidirectional traction work required in actual engineering is achieved.

    本发明公开一种双卷筒牵引卷扬机构及其牵引方法,属于工程设备技术领域,包括支撑座、平行且转动设置在所述支撑座上的两卷筒以及套设在所述卷筒上的绳索,两所述卷筒同步同向转动,所述卷筒的外壁上设置有用于容纳所述绳索的若干匝螺旋槽,不同所述卷筒的螺旋槽在轴向错位对应,所述绳索呈腰型套设在相对应的两所述螺旋槽内,呈螺旋形沿所述卷筒的轴向延伸,并分别在两所述卷筒端部的螺旋槽引出形成两进出端。本发明通过将绳索螺旋缠绕在两个卷筒上,并在两个卷筒端部分别引出进出端,能够利用双卷筒带动绳索双向移动,实现实际工程中所需求的双向牵引的工作。
