The invention relates to the technical field of elevators, in particular to a winding drum, a hoisting mechanism and an elevator. The winding drum comprises a drum body, first baffles, a second baffle and a sensor. The first baffles are arranged on the two sides of the drum body; the second baffle is arranged on the outer wall of the drum body in a surrounding mode in the circumferential direction of the drum body and is in non-detachable connection with the drum body; the second baffle is located between the two first baffles; the drum body is hollow and provided with a through hole; and the sensor is arranged in the drum body and can be used for detecting whether a steel wire rope located on the through hole exists or not. Two steel wire ropes can be wound on a single winding drum, synchronism of the two steel wire ropes is guaranteed, the relative positions of two rope grooves can be accurately guaranteed, the flexibility and universality are high, the device structure is simplified, the occupied space is saved, and installation is facilitated. When the sensor senses that the steel wire rope at the through hole is normally released from the drum body, the sensor sends out a signal, so that the winding drum stops rotating, and unnecessary accidents are avoided.
