The invention discloses a large-temperature-difference air supply control method in a high-humidity environment. A temperature and humidity sensor is arranged in a typical area in a service cabin corresponding to an air conditioner; the temperature and humidity values are transmitted back to a control box of the air conditioner, and the control box calculates the dew point temperature of the cabin according to the temperature and humidity information; when the air conditioner is controlled through the set cabin temperature, the control box compares the actual cabin temperature with the set cabin temperature, and when the set cabin temperature is lower than the actual cabin temperature, the air conditioner is controlled to increase the refrigerating capacity, and the air supply temperature of the air conditioner is maintained to be higher than the cabin dew point temperature; when the air conditioner is controlled by setting the air supply temperature, the control box directly compares the air supply set temperature with the cabin dew point temperature, and when the cabin dew point temperature is lower than the air supply set temperature of the air conditioner, the control box directly controls the air conditioner at the air supply set temperature; and when the cabin dew-point temperature is higher than the air-conditioner air supply set temperature, the cabin dew-point temperature + 1 DEG C temperature is used as the air-conditioner air supply set value. And the condensation phenomenon in a room is eliminated from the source.

    本申请公开了一种高湿环境下的大温差送风控制方法,在空调对应服务舱室内的典型区域设置温湿度传感器;将温湿度值回传至空调的控制箱内,控制箱通过温湿度信息计算得出舱室的露点温度;当此空调通过设定舱室温度进行控制时,控制箱将舱室实际温度与舱室设定温度相比较,当舱室设定温度低于舱室实际温度时,控制空调增加制冷量,并维持空调的送风温度高于舱室露点温度;当此空调通过设定送风温度进行控制时,控制箱直接将送风设定温度与舱室露点温度相比较,当舱室露点温度低于空调送风设定温度时,控制箱直接以送风设定温度控制空调;而舱室露点温度高于空调送风设定温度时,则以舱室露点温度+1℃的温度作为空调送风温度设定值。从源头消除房间内凝露现象的出现。
