The invention discloses a new energy automobile high temperature and high humidity control system and control method.The new energy automobile high temperature and high humidity control system comprises a humidity sensor and a temperature sensor, the humidity sensor and the temperature sensor are connected with the input end of a vehicle control unit, and the output end of the vehicle control unit is connected with the input end of a heat management system and the input end of a motor controller; the output end of the heat management system is connected with a battery box, the output end of the motor controller is connected with the motor, the input end of the motor controller is connected with a power battery pack, and the output positive electrode and the output negative electrode of the power battery pack are connected with an insulation detector. The battery box temperature and relative humidity are read through temperature sensor and humidity sensor, the vehicle control unit obtains corresponding dew point temperature information according to the temperature and humidity information, and then the vehicle control unit calculates the target temperature of the heat management system according to the dew point temperature and the allowable working temperature of the battery, so that the temperature and humidity of the battery box are controlled.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车高温高湿控制系统及控制方法,包括湿度传感器和温度传感器,所述湿度传感器和温度传感器与整车控制器的输入端连接,所述整车控制器的输出端分别与热管理系统的输入端和电机控制器的输入端连接,所述热管理系统的输出端与电池箱相连,所述电机控制器的输出端与电机相连,所述电机控制器的输入端与动力电池组相连,动力电池组输出正负极分别与绝缘检测仪相连,通过温度传感器和湿度传感器读取电池箱温度和相对湿度,整车控制器通过温度和湿度信息,得出相对应的露点温度信息,再由整车控制器通过露点温度及电池允许工作温度算出热管理系统目标温度,实现对电池箱温度和湿度的控制。
