The invention relates to the technical field of wind driven generator blade replacement, in particular to a hoisting system for replacing blades of a wind driven generator, the number of blade hoisting ring assemblies is two, and the two blade hoisting ring assemblies are used for being arranged on the two wind driven generator blades in a sleeving mode correspondingly; the hoisting fixing frame assembly is fixedly connected with the two blade lifting ring assemblies through a plurality of fixing frame steel wire ropes, a plurality of electric hoists are installed on the hoisting fixing frame assembly, and hoist lifting ropes are connected to the electric hoists. A plurality of hanging basket motors are installed on the hanging basket assembly, and the blade hanging ring assemblies are connected with output shafts of the hanging basket motors in a one-to-one correspondence mode through a plurality of hanging basket steel wire ropes. The top of the blade lifting frame is detachably connected with the lifting fixing frame assembly through a plurality of lifting frame lifting ropes, and a plurality of lifting frame lifting lugs are arranged on the two side walls of the blade lifting frame from top to bottom. The method has the beneficial effects that old blades of the wind driven generator can be dismounted and new blades of the wind driven generator can be mounted without a main crane or a hoisting ship, so that the hoisting cost for replacing the blades is saved.

    本发明涉及风力发电机叶片更换技术领域,尤其涉及一种风力发电机更换叶片吊装系统,叶片吊环组件的数量为两个,用于分别套设在两个风力发电机叶片上;吊装固定架组件通过多个固定架钢丝绳与两个叶片吊环组件固定连接,吊装固定架组件上安装有多个电动葫芦,电动葫芦上连接有葫芦吊绳;吊篮组件上安装有多个吊篮电机,叶片吊环组件通过多个吊篮钢丝绳与吊篮电机的输出轴一一对应连接;叶片吊装框的顶部通过多个吊装框吊绳与吊装固定架组件可拆卸连接,叶片吊装框的两侧壁上均由上至下设置有多个吊装框吊耳。本发明的有益效果是:本发明实现风力发电机不用主吊车或吊装船完成旧叶片的拆除和新叶片的安装,从而节省叶片更换的吊装费用。
