A blade adjusting and hoisting device for a wind driven generator comprises two blade clamps and a tower top support, the two blade clamps are connected through fixing rods, outer gear discs are movably connected to the fixing rods, inner gear rings are arranged on the outer surfaces of the outer gear discs along the edge positions, and outer gears are arranged on the outer gear discs and deviate from the axis. An outer gear ring of the outer gear is meshed with an inner gear ring of the outer gear disc, a center shaft of the outer gear is in transmission connection with the driving end of the rotating motor, and the rotating motor is installed on the fixing rod through an installation frame. A movable guide rail is installed on the upper surface of the tower top support, sliding blocks are slidably connected into the movable guide rail, a telescopic motor is fixedly installed at the end of the movable guide rail, the telescopic end of the telescopic motor is fixedly connected with one sliding block, an elevator is fixedly installed on the sliding blocks, and the driving end of the elevator is connected to the outer gear disc through a steel wire rope. The defects in the prior art are overcome, large hoisting equipment is not needed in the whole process, and the blade replacement cost is greatly saved.
