The invention discloses multi-blade hoisting equipment for a wind driven generator set. The multi-blade hoisting equipment comprises a fixed support, a rotating support and a blade clamping support, wherein the fixed support is arranged on a hoisting platform and comprises a horizontal load stage and a vertical rod, and a lifting point connecting part is arranged at the top of the vertical rod, sothat the multi-blade hoisting equipment is capable of achieving six degrees of freedom movement; the rotating support is used for simultaneously rotating at least one blade to the target position, and a first side part of the rotating support is detachably connected to the fixed support through a first connecting device; and the blade clamping support comprises a plurality of clamping frames stacked vertically and connected together for simultaneously clamping the at least one blade and a plurality of driving structures for moving up and down, and a second side part of the rotating support isdetachably connected to the blade clamping support through a second connecting device. The multi-blade hoisting equipment can meet the requirements of various angles and directions required by the multi-blade hoisting equipment at the hoisting site, and the blades can be directly hoisted from a deck to a unit hub interface. The invention further discloses a hoisting method.

    本发明公开一种用于风力发电机组的多叶片吊装设备,其包括:固定支架,其安置在吊装平台上,并包括水平载台和竖杆,在竖杆顶部处设置有吊点连接部,使得多叶片吊装设备能实现六个自由度的运动;旋转支架,其用于将至少一个叶片同时旋转到目标位置,旋转支架的第一侧部通过第一连接装置以可拆装方式连接到固定支架;叶片夹持支架,其包括多个沿竖向叠置并连接在一起以用于同时夹持所述至少一个叶片的夹持框架、及用于上下移动的多个驱动结构,旋转支架的第二侧部通过第二连接装置以可拆装方式连接到叶片夹持支架。本发明可满足多叶片吊装设备在吊装现场所需的各角度方向需求,能直接将叶片从甲板吊装到机组轮毂接口。本发明还公开吊装方法。
