The thermal imaging camera is arranged on a bridge and used for monitoring actual height information of a ship on the water surface in real time. The pre-judgment unit is arranged on a bridge and is used for carrying out bridge anti-collision pre-judgment according to the related information of the ship and the stored bridge information and giving out safety guidance information; the alarm units are arranged on the bridge and the ship respectively and used for warning the ship according to bridge anti-collision pre-judgment and sending safety guide information to the ship. According to the invention, the radar technology and thermal imaging are combined with the AIS technology to monitor the navigation state of the navigation ship in the bridge area, and the safety guidance information is given, so that the ship is prevented from colliding with the bridge, accidents are reduced to the greatest extent, and the safety of the bridge is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种智能化桥梁主动防撞预警系统,其包括AIS装置分别设置在桥梁、船舶上,用于获取船舶的航行信息;激光雷达设置在桥梁上,用于实时监测船舶与桥梁之间的距离以及船舶的船体三维信息;热成像摄像机设置在桥梁上,用于实时监测船舶在水面上的实际高度信息;预判单元设置在桥梁上,用于根据船舶的相关信息和储存的桥梁信息进行桥梁防撞预判,并给出安全指引信息;报警单元分别设置在桥梁、船舶上,用于根据桥梁防撞预判对船舶进行警示,并将安全指引信息发送到船舶。本发明利用雷达技术、热成像结合AIS技术对桥区通航船舶的航行状态进行监测,并给出安全指引信息,避免船舶撞击桥梁,最大程度减少事故发生,保障桥梁的安全。
