The invention provides a channel bridge active early warning and passive collision avoidance system and a monitoring device.The active early warning and passive collision avoidance system comprises the monitoring device and a controller, the monitoring device comprises a laser superelevation detector, a first AIS interaction instrument and a radar yaw detector, the laser superelevation detector is fixed to an underwater pier, the first AIS interaction instrument is fixed to the controller, and the radar yaw detector is fixed to the controller. The first AIS interaction instrument and the radar yaw detector are fixed on a handrail of the bridge body, the controller comprises a memory and a processor, and a computer program is stored in the memory. According to the invention, the technical effects of early warning in advance, buying for response time for ship drivers, reducing the collision probability, reducing or avoiding ship collision accidents and realizing safe navigation are achieved through an informatization early warning means.

    本发明提供了一种航道桥梁主动预警被动防撞系统及监测装置,所述主动预警被动防撞系统包括监测装置和控制器,所述监测装置包括激光超高检测仪、第一AIS交互仪器和雷达偏航检测仪,所述激光超高检测仪固定于所述水中墩上,所述第一AIS交互仪器和所述雷达偏航检测仪均固定于所述桥体的栏杆上,所述控制器包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机程序。本发明通过信息化预警手段以达到提前预警、为船舶驾驶员争取反应时间从而降低撞击概率、减少或避免船撞事故实现安全通航的技术效果。
