The invention discloses a bridge anti-collision early warning system, and relates to the technical field of bridge protection. According to one specific embodiment, the system comprises a superelevation detection unit, a yaw detection unit, an on-site main control unit, a water level monitoring unit and an alarm unit. The superelevation detection unit is used for detecting whether a ship which is about to pass through a bridge is superelevated or not based on first laser radars installed in the upstream direction and the downstream direction of the bridge, and sending a corresponding superelevation detection result to the field main control unit when determining that the ship is superelevated; the yaw detection unit is used for detecting whether a ship which is about to pass through the bridge yaws or not on the basis of a second laser radar and a camera which are mounted in advance, and sending a corresponding yaw detection result to the field main control unit when determining that the ship which is about to pass through the bridge yaws; and after receiving the superelevation detection result and/or the yaw detection result, the field main control unit controls the alarm unit to send out an alarm signal. According to the embodiment, a bridge collision event can be effectively prevented.
