The invention discloses a turbulent flow rudder cooperative driving and braking device which comprises a rudder blade, a spoiler, a driving unit and a braking unit. The first spoiler is hinged to the tail edge of the rudder surface of the rudder blade, and the second spoiler is hinged to the tail edge of the rudder surface of the rudder blade; the driving unit is arranged in the rudder blade and can drive the first spoiler and the second spoiler to rotate; the brake unit is arranged in the rudder blade and can brake the first spoiler and the second spoiler. According to the device, effective driving and braking of the spoiler of the spoiler rudder are achieved by arranging the driving unit and the braking unit, the driving device drives the spoiler to open and close so that the rudder effect can be improved, and when the spoiler reaches a specified opening angle, the braking unit locks the first reciprocating driving rod or the second reciprocating driving rod, so that the spoiler is effectively braked. Therefore, the impact of the nonlinear pulse force of the spoiler on the driving unit and the spoiler is effectively avoided, the stability of the spoiler is ensured, and meanwhile, the durability of the spoiler rudder is remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种扰流舵协同驱动制动装置,包括舵叶、扰流板、驱动单元及制动单元;第一扰流板铰接于舵叶舵面尾缘,第二扰流板铰接于舵叶舵面尾缘;驱动单元设置于所述舵叶内,所述驱动单元能够驱动第一扰流板和第二扰流板转动;制动单元设于舵叶内,制动单元能够制动所述第一扰流板及第二扰流板。本装置通过设置驱动单元和制动单元实现对扰流舵扰流板的有效驱动和制动,驱动装置驱动扰流板开合能够提高舵效,当扰流板达到指定张开角时,制动单元将第一往复驱动杆或第二往复驱动杆锁死,从而有效避免扰流板非线性脉动力对驱动单元及扰流板的冲击,保证了扰流板的稳定性,同时显著提高了扰流舵的耐用性。
