The invention discloses a strain principle-based center shaft type torque sensor of an electric power-assisted bicycle, which comprises an outer tube and a center shaft rotationally supported and mounted in the outer tube through a left bearing and a right bearing, the left bearing is mounted in a left port of the outer tube, a strain part is formed at the right end of the outer tube, and a torque sensor is mounted in the strain part. The right bearing is mounted in a right bearing mounting hole formed in the strain part; two stress beams are processed on the strain part, the two stress beams comprise a front stress beam and a rear stress beam, and a deformation cavity is formed between the front stress beam and the rear stress beam; a stress transmission protruding block tightly connected with the outer circle of the right bearing in an abutting mode and matched with the outer circle of the right bearing is formed in the center of the front stress beam, and two suspension areas are machined on the stress transmission protruding block in an up-down symmetrical mode. A metal ejector pin is installed in the center of the deformation cavity, a strain gauge is attached to the rear stress beam, and a PBC electric plate is installed on the outer pipe. The device is simple in structure, only the instantaneous thrust of the center shaft during riding is collected, interference is reduced, and the stress change of the center shaft can be continuously and accurately measured.

    本发明公开了一种基于应变原理的电助力自行车中轴式力矩传感器,包括有外管以及经左轴承和右轴承转动支撑安装在外管中的中轴,左轴承安装在外管的左端口中,外管的右端成型有应变部,右轴承安装在应变部成型的右轴承安装孔中;应变部上加工有两道应力梁,两道应力梁包括前应力梁和后应力梁,前应力梁和后应力梁间形成有变形腔;前应力梁的中心成型有与右轴承的外圆紧密顶接相配合的应力传递凸块,应力传递凸块的上下对称加工有两个悬空区;变形腔的中心安装有金属顶针,后应力梁上贴装有应变片,外管上安装有PBC电板。本发明结构简单,只采集骑行时中轴瞬间的推力,减少了干扰,能连续准确地测量中轴受力的变化。
