The invention discloses a torque-speed sensing device for a center shaft of an electric bicycle. The device comprises the center shaft, a left crank, a right crank and a crankset, wherein the center shaft is assembled in a five-way tube; the left crank and the right crank are fixed at the two ends of the center shaft; the crankset sleeves the center shaft; a moment sleeve which can generate circumferential deformation when suffering a circumferential twisting force sleeves the center shaft; the center shaft is fixed to one end of the moment sleeve; the crankset is fixed to the other end of the moment sleeve; one circle of permeability alloy thin sheet clinging to the moment sleeve is fixed on the outer wall of the moment sleeve; a plurality of holes are densely formed in the permeability alloy thin sheet; a coil for detecting magnetic variation is placed on the periphery of the permeability alloy thin sheet; the coil is connected with a motor controller through a signal processor; a speed sensing Hall element connected with the signal processor is also fixedly arranged in the five-way tube; and a speed sensing magnetic steel corresponding to the speed sensing Hall element is fixed on the center shaft. The torque-speed sensing device for the center shaft of the electric bicycle, disclosed by the invention, has the advantages of ingenious and reasonable structure, high sensing sensitivity and high accuracy.
