The invention discloses a center shaft torque sensor applied to an electric power-assisted bicycle and the electric power-assisted bicycle. The center shaft torque sensor comprises a sleeve assembly of a hollow structure, a center shaft rotatably arranged in the sleeve assembly in a penetrating mode and a controller arranged on the sleeve assembly. Deformable bearings are connected between the middle shaft and the two ends of the sleeve assembly, inner rings of the bearings are connected with the middle shaft in a synchronous moving mode, and outer rings of the bearings are relatively and fixedly connected with the sleeve assembly. A strain gauge is arranged between one bearing outer ring and the inner wall of the end of the sleeve assembly, the strain gauge is used for detecting deformation of the bearing outer ring and transmitting a deformation signal to a controller, and the controller calculates and correspondingly processes the deformation signal. In other words, the strain gauge does not rotate along with the center shaft, and is firmer compared with the mode that the strain gauge is attached to the center shaft, the phenomenon that the strain gauge falls off in the long-time use process is avoided, and the reliability and stability of torque detection of the torque sensor device are improved.

    本发明公开了一种应用于电助力自行车的中轴力矩传感器及电助力自行车,该中轴力矩传感器包括呈中空结构的套筒组件、可转动地穿设于套筒组件内的中轴以及设在套筒组件上的控制器,所述中轴与套筒组件两端之间连接有可形变的轴承,所述轴承的内圈与中轴同动连接,所述轴承的外圈与套筒组件相对固定连接;其中一所述轴承外圈与套筒组件端部内壁之间设有应变片,所述应变片用于检测轴承外圈的形变并将形变信号传输至控制器,控制器对形变信号进行计算及相应处理;即应变片不随中轴转动,相对于将应变片贴设在中轴上的方式其更加牢固,避免出现应变片在长时间使用过程中出现脱落等现象,提高力矩传感器装置力矩检测的可靠性和稳定性。
