The invention discloses a machine vision-based elevator steel wire rope wear detection method, which comprises the following steps of: performing image acquisition, pattern optimization, image identification, image judgment on a steel wire rope through image acquisition equipment, comparing the obtained images of sub-domains, analyzing different points of the steel wire rope in the images, and identifying; recording a wear point after judging that no error exists; the wavelength range suitable for steel wire rope wear degree detection is automatically adjusted through the ultrasonic collecting equipment, the ultrasonic collecting equipment makes contact with the steel wire rope under the action of the coupling agent, the ultrasonic collecting equipment recycles the reflection wavelength of the steel wire rope for data recycling and summarizing to form wavelength characteristic data, and meanwhile the error generated by ultrasonic wear detection is small; abrasion detection errors can be fully avoided, and the steel wire can be fully detected; and the stress acquisition equipment is used for performing stress acquisition, stress analysis and evaluation and stress analysis data summarization on the steel wire rope, and performing stress uniformity evaluation according to an acquisition result.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的电梯钢丝绳磨损检测方法,包括通过图像采集设备对钢丝绳进行图像采集、图样优化、图像设别、图像标识、图像判定,得到个分域的各个图像进行对比,分析图像中钢丝绳的不同点进行标识,判定无误后记录磨损点;通过超声波采集设备自行调整适应钢丝绳磨损度检测的波长范围,在耦合剂的作用下与钢丝绳进行接触,超声波采集设备回收钢丝绳反射波长进行数据回收,汇总形成波长特征数据,同时超声波检测磨损产生的误差较小,进而可以充分避免磨损检测误差,对钢丝上进行充分检测;受力采集设备作用对钢丝绳进行受力采集、受力分析评价,受力分析数据汇总,根据采集结果进行受力均匀度评价。
