The invention discloses a traction elevator steel wire rope detection system control method based on machine vision. The method specifically comprises the steps of carrying out the experiment comparison of various types of filtering algorithms through image collection and gray scale conversion technologies, selecting an optimal algorithm for the noise reduction of image noise caused by a detectionenvironment; achieving steel wire rope curved surface correction through an interpolation technology, in steel wire rope surface defect judgment, extracting image texture features through gray levelco-occurrence matrix parameters, and judging steel wire rope defects through a neural network. By adopting the technical scheme, a set of rapid and intelligent elevator steel wire rope surface defectdetection system is developed by taking rapid detection of elevator steel wire rope surface defect conditions as a research target and carrying out deep research work from the aspects of an image processing technology, hardware system construction, detection system software design and the like; and dynamic non-contact detection of the surface condition of the steel wire rope is realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于机器视觉的曳引电梯钢丝绳检测系统控制方法,具体通过图像采集、灰度转化等图像预处理技术,通过对各种滤波算法进行实验对比,选出最佳的算法对检测环境所造成图像噪声进行降噪,并通过插值技术实现钢丝绳曲面校正,在钢丝绳表面缺陷判断上,采用灰度共生矩阵参数提取图像纹理特征,利用神经网络对钢丝绳缺陷进行判别。采用本技术方案,以实现快速检测电梯钢丝绳表面缺陷情况为研究目标,通过从图像处理技术、硬件系统搭建、检测系统软件设计等方面开展深入的研究工作,开发出一套快速智能化的电梯钢丝绳缺表面陷检测系统,实现对钢丝绳表面情况动态非接触的检测。
